Structured as an asset sales transaction, Barco obtains all product designs, rights and intellectual property of Element Labs, without assuming the liabilities of the former company.

AEO turned to the Barnycz Group, a Baltimore-based design firm, which worked with Barco on the exterior display involving a 12-faceted assemblage of LED panels, almost 15,000 square feet in size, that includes a 25-story LED tower.
