KANSAS CITY, MO — Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band cancelled a performance here Oct. 26 after the sudden death of Lenny Sullivan, 34. Sullivan, Springsteen’s cousin, was assistant tour manager. Springsteen’s next performance was slated for Madison Square Garden on Oct. 29 at the first of two Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 25th Anniversary concerts.
