SPICELAND, IN – Draper, Inc. assigned three regional sales managers to three different sales territories in the U.S. – Mike Mitchell (Pacific Northwest), Paul Leiva (New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania), and Ross Rhoades (Lower Midwest U.S.). Mitchell's territory in the Pacific Northwest Territory includes northern California, Washington, Oregon, northern Nevada, Alaska and British Columbia. He comes to Draper after more than 17 years in the AV industry, including 15 years working for A/V dealers in the Northern California area in sales, customer service, design, specification and installation for a wide variety of projects.
Leiva (CTS) has in the AV industry for close to 10 years, most recently with a Home Automation manufacturer, where he focused on the CEDIA channel, electrical contractors, builders, architects and designers.
Leiva takes over the New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania region from Rhoades (CTS), whose new territory in the Lower Midwest includes Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri and Tennessee.
Kylee Teague (MBA, CTS, LEED AP), who previously handled the Lower Midwest territory, has taken up an inside sales position in Draper's Window Coverings department, to help meet growing demand in that area.
