COMPTON, CA – Branam Enterprises has named Nick Parnello as head of its new research and development group working on flying effects using the company's high-speed motion control systems. Parnello will also be working with Branam Enterprises founder and CEO Joe Branam. Parnello comes to Branam from Las Vegas, where he was a lead rigger for the Cirque Du Soleil production of the Beatles – Love.
Along with his work designing flying and visual effects for Cirque Du Soleil, Parnello's work has been seen in major motion pictures, including Spiderman 1 and 2, Pirates of the Caribbean and The Hulk.
Parnello's work was also featured on the televised 50th Anniversary Grammy Awards show and on reality shows Big Brother and Fear Factor, where he worked alongside Joe Branam, Norbert Phillips, Mike Li and Buddy "Buddy Love" Sosthand.
