MIDLAND, TX – Tomcat named Fernando Perez-Cervantes Operations Manager of the Americas. Perez-Cervantes, formerly with Chrysler, will plan, organize, direct and control operations in the U.S. and Mexico, bringing his experience in lean manufacturing and organizational development. Perez-Cervantes has a BA in Business Administration from the University of Toledo and a Master's degree in Organizational Development and Management from Spring Arbor University.
