The standard refers to the quality of the management and other systems in place and the company’s overall commitment and ability to deliver outstanding customer service, products and general support and efficiency to its clients.
ISO9001 is designed to encourage excellence in companies and organisations and to help them understand and instigate the best and most appropriate processes for delivering the premium services. A rigorous audit, including a comprehensive inspection and report precedes the certification being awarded or renewed annually.
CPL has just doubled its West Midlands warehouse and office facility in a recent expansion which will help streamline the operational efficiency yet further. The company is committed to ongoing investment to keep abreast of the latest technologies in a fast moving world.
