ARMONK, NY — Production Resource Group, LLC (PRG) has acquired Nocturne Productions, a leading touring video provider, through its newly-formed subsidiary, PRG Nocturne Productions Inc.
The new PRG subsidiary will be led by Nocturne’s Bob Brigham and Ron Proesel, both serving as co-president, with Nocturne’s Paul Becher as executive vice president.
PRG chairman & CEO Jeremiah “Jere” Harris, PRG CEO Kevin Baxley and Nocturne Productions co-CEO Bob Brigham jointly made the announcement June 2.
