Mega Systems said the LA office was largely prompted by the demand for service of moving lights, which means a faster turnaround on repairs for customers in the Los Angeles area. The office is located in the same building as the nightclub, 333 Venue, which is being equipped with Mega-Lite, PR Lighting, Enigma and Biema gear. It will serve as a live showroom for dealers and their customers.
“We see the L.A. office as being an important step in the growth of Mega Systems, Inc.,” said Guillermo Cabada, international sales manager. “Los Angeles is the hub of the entertainment industry and it was crucial that we make ourselves more accessible to our customer base in that area. And as the U.S. distributor of PR Lighting, we felt a need to show those units in a more controlled setting.”
The company noted that all its gear has either a one-year warranty or limited two-year warranty, and customers in the Los Angeles area can now call the new office to inquire about repairs and warranties.
