Mike Garl to Step Down at James Thomas Engineering; Tray Allen Named President

KNOXVILLE, TN — James Thomas Engineering announced that Mike Garl, president, will be leaving the company Jan. 1, 2012. “James Thomas Engineering would like to thank Mike for his 27 years of excellent leadership and vision,” the company noted. Tray Allen, who currently serves as vice-president, has been named president.

 

 

Tray Allen at USITT 2008Allen, who credited Garl for creating “a strong foundation” at the company, added that although he will “miss the day to day interaction with Mike,” he is “excited to continue forward.”
