In a letter from Mike Mastroyiannis addressed to Valued Partners:

I wish to inform you of a recent change in our Management Team. Effective Jan. 1, 2012, Nicolai Wiest resigned from his position as CEO of Traxon Technologies. On behalf of our entire organization, I wish Mr. Wiest every success in his future endeavor. Effective the same date, I was appointed as the new CEO of Traxon Technologies, an honor and challenge that I accept with great enthusiasm.

As previous Managing Director of Traxon, I have worked with Mr. Wiest for nearly four years during which time I have had the opportunity to share his vision and passion for this company. Together we have determined Traxon’s focus and strategy, which includes the continuation of our partnership with you.

Traxon will continue to drive and shape our industry through our guiding principles of flexibility, simplicity, and innovation. We strive to be the global leader in Solid State lighting systems and solutions. This cannot be achieved without our talented people and the close partnership developed with you and your companies.

We greatly value your business and partnership, and I wish you much success in 2012.
