BARCELONA, Spain — Grupo Adagio’s Adagio.pro division, which distributes pro audio and other entertainment industry gear to Spain and Portugal, is now handling products made by Italy-based RED Lighting, the new lighting company owned by R&D International, which also owns B&C Speakers.
RED Lighting, which made its debut at Prolight + Sound earlier this year, offers a variety of moving lights, LED light fixtures and control devices, including the Classe 250, 300, 575, 700, BS, LW, LS, Par LED, Quadro and RE DMX product lines.
RED Lighting underscored the importance of the Iberian peninsula in its expansion plans, noting the presence in Barcelona of one of the company founders, Franco Natali. The company also pointed to the active role Adagio.pro can take in promoting RED Lighting products through its Adagio.pro Roadshows.
