SHELTON, CT — Lex Products Corp., a manufacturer of power distribution and control systems based here, has promoted Joe Birchak and Tom Siko to senior sales positions within the company. Birchak (pictured left) will now be serving in the position of senior vice president business development. Siko (pictured right) moves into the newly created role of vice president sales — Entertainment, Industrial and Military.

As Sr. Vice President Business Development, Birchak will focus on expanding Lex Products’ presence within the military market and position Lex to win business in transportation markets such as aerospace and rail. Joe previously served as the Vice President of Military Power Systems where he directed and managed all business development and sales activities for the military market, in addition to serving as the lead for all programs and contracts.
As Vice President Sales-Entertainment, Industrial, and Military, Siko will be the first person to manage sales for all three of Lex Products’ markets. He will also play a key role in reorganizing the sales department and integrating military accounts into the existing sales force over the next several months. Tom has progressive sales experience since he first joined the company in 2005 and will continue to work out of his office in Ohio. Prior to this role, Tom managed national sales for the Military Power Systems group at Lex as well as served as Midwest and Northeast sales manager for the industrial and entertainment market.
