PRINCETON JUNCTION, NJ – At the third annual Rental and Staging Network (RSN) Leadership Symposium, at the Omni Houston Westside Hotel from July 23-26, members from 22 companies across the U.S. had the unique opportunity to network with the industry’s leading audio visual equipment and technology providers in a “laser” focused setting.
Themed “Focused and Getting Things Done,” the Leadership Symposium affords RSN members—representatives from the industry’s best live event rental and staging companies—the opportunity to share growth strategies and best practices for sales, operations and executive management. Seven vendors were given an opportunity to showcase their capabilities in a live setting in front of key purchase decision makers. They included Nationwide, AV Stumpfl, Christie, IML, Ingram Micro, L-Acoustics and LED-3.
“Our Vendor Partners are a key component of the Symposium and a highlight of this event. The opportunity for a more personal one-on-one discussion and hands-on interaction with the gear is so valuable to our membership,” said Donald Guzauckas, Jr., president of RSN.
In addition to vendor networking, the Leadership Symposium also features breakout sessions divided into three groups of attendees—executive management, operations and sales. Breakouts are used for group discussion around best practices and critical issues that impact the companies’ daily operations.
“The Symposium allows for each of the member companies to include employees from their management, sales and operations teams. This expands the involvement of key employees, making RSN an even more effective resource for each of the member companies, thereby making them a more valuable asset to their clients,” added Guzauckas.
