FAIRVIEW, NJ — iWeiss, based here, named Jennifer Tankleff, pictured here, president of the company. Tankleff has also acquired an equal stock partnership with David Rosenberg, iWeiss CEO. The company also named Richard Parks vice president.
As iWeiss president, Tankleff will oversee all day-to-day operations at the company along with its larger projects. Rosenberg, iWeiss’ CEO, will focus on managing long term strategic planning and finances.
Tankleff joined iWeiss in 1994, managing the drapery shop and developing expertise in custom fabrication. After 10 years of production work, she was named director of operations and, subsequently, vice president.
Prior to his promotion as vice president, Richard Parks, a 13-year company veteran, most recently served as senior project manager. As vice president, he will now oversee all rigging and installation work along with the company’s continued expansion into automation products and services.
