So what does that mean and why are we doing it? Well, it means that although you will see a different layout and a different logo on our quotes, invoices or purchase orders, the people you’re used to dealing with will stay exactly the same. Nothing is fundamentally changing about ARRI CSC other than the fact that it is becoming more closely integrated with the other ARRI Rental companies around the world.
And the reason we’re doing it? For the benefit of our customers – plain and simple. By unifying the ARRI Rental companies globally we can increase our reach while at the same time maintaining a consistently high level of service and support for all productions, no matter where they are shooting. In addition, by pooling the expertise and resources of our many facilities we are able to develop and support camera and lighting technologies exclusively for our customers, such as the recently announced ALEXA 65 system.
