AV Concepts announced the appointment of Kirk Hover as Client Services Director to help expand the company’s growing producer and agency business.

Hover brings over 20-years of experience in staging, production, operations and creative services. Prior to AV Concepts, Hover served as Director of Production at Encore Event Technologies where he oversaw the sale, creative development and delivery of live events and media presentation services for Fortune 500 corporations around the world. Prior to that, he was a Senior Technical Director at Encore where he was responsible for the technical design and execution of live event programs, labor union contracting and logistical execution of global client projects.
