LONDON – Applications are now being accepted for the ILMC Production Meeting’s (IPM’s) new ‘Production Notes’ sessions. IPM will present a series of case studies, initiatives, new technology and product presentations during the one-day event on March 3, 2016.
More details from ILMC (www.ilmc.com):
The sessions are announced as organizers reveal that the ninth edition of the IPM will move to a new venue to cope with increased delegate demand. The move allows a 20% increase in delegate, to accommodate 250 of the world’s most renowned production managers; sound and lighting engineers; venue personnel; suppliers and promoters’ representatives.
The new Production Notes sessions will run in between IPM’s four main conference sessions throughout the day. Applications are now being accepted for the sessions, with a closing date of 22 January 2016. Interested parties wishing to host one of the presentations should email [email protected] to apply. “The idea is to present the most innovative ideas, initiatives and new products in the global production business in a quick-fire, digestible format,” says ILMC head Greg Parmley. “Moving to a new venue this year allows us to present these great ideas, to more invited delegates than ever.”
IPM takes place at the Copthorne Tara Hotel in West London on 3 March. Maintaining the event’s close links with the International Live Music Conference, the IPM Closing Party takes place at the nearby Royal Garden Hotel, where ILMC begins the following day. Supporters of IPM include eps, Etihad Stadium, EFM Event Logistics and Megaforce. Full event information, including registration, is online here.
