Image Engineering Kicks Off 2016 with Lighting, FX for Top Football Games

GLENDALE, AZ –  Image Engineering spent the beginning of 2016 working on the two largest football games of the year, the National Football Championship (pictured here) and the Super Bowl. At the National Football Championship Image Engineering provided lighting, cryogenic and flame special effects for the Clemson University and University of Alabama player introductions. These effects energized the players and fans helping to set the stage for what was a riveting game. An audience of over 70,000 fans were in attendance and over 25 million viewers watched on television.

During Super Bowl 50 Image Engineering was tapped to provide the pyrotechnic displays for all team scores and the post game celebration. The pyrotechnic displays were viewed by over 70,000 fans in the stadium and could be seen by the 111.9 million viewers at home during the Denver Broncos celebration. Image Engineering was honored to helped mark such a momentous occasion.

The National Football Championship and Super Bowl projects were both managed by Vice President, Andy Suehle, and Director of Project Management, Ian Bottiglieri. The pyrotechnic displays for Super Bowl 50 were designed by Zach Hock.
