ARLINGTON, TX – For WWE’s WrestleMania 32, held at AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys) on April 3, Syncrolite provided an arsenal of luminous firepower including MX4, SXL and XL fixtures. The setup for the 101,763 fans packing the stadium (a WrestleMania record) also included 40 of Syncrolite’s newest fixture, the SyncroMITE Beam. Introduced at LDI last October, the SyncroMITE Beam is now in full production and available for immediate rental and sale.

WrestleMania 32 not only set a record for pro wrestling attendance, it also marked the largest number of automated Syncrolite fixtures ever used in any single event.

TJ Benton served as Crew Chief for Syncrolite and worked alongside Jason Robinson, the WWE Production Designer and Jason Shaw, the Senior Manager of Lighting, to pull off this bigger than life production.

Later that same week, SyncroMITE Beams were included in the lighting rig for the series Grand Finale of American Idol.  LD Kieran Healy once again takes on the lighting chores for this final season. In the pictures and video of the performances it was easy to identify the big, bold, bright beams provided by the SyncroMITE’s.  Many past Idol winners and standouts performed during the emotional “last show”.  After participating in many past seasons it was an honor for Syncrolite to also make its last appearance on this groundbreaking series.
