DALLAS – GoVision will debut a new LED video product for the residential and commercial hospitality markets at next week’s CEDIA 2016 Expo in Dallas.
More details from GoVision (www.jumbo.tv):
For the first time, GoVision TV offers homes and businesses the spectacular, larger-than-life LED video screen experience that until now has been reserved for massive concert arenas and sports stadiums.
The personal, jumbo LED screen, designed for outdoor viewing, is completely weatherproof (IP 65-rated), viewable in full sunlight (greater than 5,500 nits), contains integrated speakers and multiple inputs and is compatible with most existing home and commercial audio/visual systems.
GoVision TV can be mounted to most existing structures and walls, or configured as a stand-alone viewing system using an available design kit featuring attractive wood, stone and other structures. With sizes starting at roughly 6’ high by 10’ wide (140 inch), GoVision TV can be scaled to much larger sizes and in various viewing aspect ratios.
“GoVision TV is a truly unique product in the outdoor television market,” said Kevin Faciane, executive vice president of Argyle, TX-based GoVision. “Most products advertised for outdoor applications use modified indoor consumer televisions that are encased to protect the delicate electronics from the elements. GoVision TV is manufactured specifically for outdoor use, meaning it is weatherproof and nearly seven times brighter than the leading outdoor ‘super bright’ TVs.”
Faciane explained that GoVision TV can be viewed in full sunlight without any deterioration in picture quality, very similar to the outdoor video boards seen in professional sports stadiums.
“This product is ideal for upscale homes as well as country clubs, sports bars with large patios, golf courses and other outdoor entertainment venues,” continued Faciane. “And because we are one of the nation’s leading outdoor LED screen providers, we have the expertise to design and install an LED screen that perfectly fits the available space and will provide the highest-quality viewing experience possible.”
GoVision provides large-format LED screens for more than 1,000 stadium, arena and festival events each year and is the architect for the world’s largest outdoor, free-standing, center-hung digital display screen, “Colossus,” which debuted at Bristol Motor Speedway earlier this year.
GoVision TV will debut at the CEDIA 2016 Expo at the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center in Dallas, which begins Sept. 13. Visit Booth #8111 to see the innovative new technology firsthand.
