One such example is the Atoms use at events for Blackberry Farms, a luxury resort in the foothills of the Smokey Mountains. As the exclusive event producer for the culinary and wine haven, Bandit strives to ensure that every production detail is executed impeccably, and when the new Bramble Hall amphitheater event center needed a fixture to solve a zoom and spotlight problem, the GLP X4 Atom proved the be the solution. The GLP X4 Atom boasts a compact body, bright output and a motorized 9:1 ratio zoom for a 3.5 to 34 beam angle.
“Mary Celeste Beall the proprietor of Blackberry Farms wanted a fixture that could really highlight the artist without looking like a stage wash, but since we are limited on the number of fixtures in such an intimate setting, we really needed a fixture that can do both,” said Allison Burchett, Bandit’s Director of Philanthropy and Production Manager. “Fortunately, Jamey Brock and Mark Ravenhill from GLP came to our world headquarters for a demo, and the Atom was exactly the fixture that I had been looking for.”
The result is stunning illumination that both draws the audience in and gives light to the artists. The GLP X4 Atom is a great addition to the Bandit inventory, and is its versatility will only assist Bandit’s wide array of events.
