BREA, CA — 4Wall Entertainment Lighting, a national provider of stage and theatrical services, will acquire the assets of professional lighting, video, and staging provider Visions Lighting for an undisclosed sum. The current Visions Lighting headquarters in Brea, CA will be rebranded as 4Wall Orange County. 4Wall will also retain Visions’ staff, with Todd Roberts, who founded Visions Lighting in 1992, working as director of live events.
Since founding the company, Roberts, together with vice president Kelly Roberts, who joined in 2004, have built Visions Lighting into a company widely known for its support of concerts, tours and corporate events, with a client list that includes Insomniac Events, Live Nation and AEG. 4Wall noted that current Visions’ clients can expect ongoing service with their needs continuing to be the focus of everyone involved.
“Acquiring Visions Lighting will further grow our presence in Southern California and beyond,” said 4Wall CEO Kathy Torjman. “Their dedication to customer service matches the 4Wall mindset, and we are excited to have their entire team join us as our sixth location.”
