STUTTGART, Germany — Creative Technology (CT) announced changes for its operations in Germany, shifting some work to its bases in the Netherlands, U.K., Spain and beyond but retaining a presence in Stuttgart, Cologne and Berlin. The company also named Mike Dörfling business development director in Stuttgart. Christ Elsten was named managing director for the Netherlands and Germany. He will work alongside commercial director Albert Deltour.
