Wenger Acquires Secoa Assets

OWATONNA, MN – Wenger Corporation acquired the assets of Secoa, Inc. of Champlin, MN. The company says the acquisition will expand the products and services now offered for the performing arts market by Wenger and its subsidiary J.R. Clancy.
