NASHVILLE – The Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum held their 2016 induction ceremony on Oct. 26 at Nashville’s Municipal Auditorium. Bandit Lites provided the lighting for the evening, which featured performances from Peter Frampton, Kenny G, Bruce Hornsby, Steve Wariner and Melinda Doolittle along with inductee Garth Brooks and his band, The G-Men.

Garth Brooks, who was also recently named Entertainer of the Year by the Country Music Association, is the first artist in history to have seven albums sell more than 10 million albums each, earning him seven Diamond Awards from the Recording Industry Association of America. Bandit Lites is honored to not only be Garth’s lighting vendor of choice since he began touring, but counts him as a cherished member of the Bandit Family.
Utilizing Mark Carver’s design from previous inductions, lighting director David ‘Gig’ Butlzer was able to craft an evening fit for the musical icons being honored.

Additional inductees included the late musician Jerry Reed, music prodigy Ricky Skaggs, Sigma Sound Studio Rhythm Section, Mark Miller, Lou Bradley, Ron “Snake” Reynolds and Joe Tarsia, while Don Felder’s guitar work on the Eagles’ “Hotel California” was gifted the Iconic Riff Award and Allen Reynolds was presented with the Production Award.
