LAS VEGAS – You could wait until New Year’s to resolve to book your seat or table for the 17th annual Parnelli Awards. But then again, maybe you shouldn’t wait that long. When it comes to the Parnelli Awards, attendees, it seems, have already resolved to not procrastinate.
