WORLD – frame:work is hosting an international online festival to share the work of our Community. frame:work is a community forum for video professionals working in live events and virtual production.

We have hosted two events in 2020 sharing insights from leaders in the field of video content creation, video & media server engineering, screens producing, real-time generative content, media server programming and the evolving worlds of virtual production and mixed reality. Now we want to hear from the community.
Starting October 26th, frame:work will make a call for presenters for frame:work festival 2020. We want to hear how members of the community solved a unique design, engineering, operational, producing, learning or work/life balance challenge. These presentations can discuss future projects, recently completed projects, or any of the career defining experiences that have occurred over the last decades.
The four day festival will rotate time zones creating a regional schedule for international participation. We ask that all presentations are in English, though they can be pre-recorded and translated by the speaker for participation.
At frame:work , we believe the way to improve our standard of work is through good communication and engagement with each other, no matter the discipline. Theater, film, television broadcast, rock tours, conferences, installations, online events – the more we learn from each other about process, the more we improve our relationships to our larger production communities.
frame:work is a volunteer effort, founded on community supporting principles. We have published a Diversity Initiative, Code of Conduct and a People Powered statement on our website. frame:work events are free to all students and anyone facing economic hardships.
