AV Stumpfl to make PLASA Show debut with international team

Building on its growing profile in the UK market, AV Stumpfl will make its debut at the PLASA Show in London on 1–3 September 2024. The Austrian manufacturer, which recently opened a dedicated office in London for its PIXERA media server brand, will exhibit on stand A67, with staff from both its UK and Austria offices on hand throughout the show to demonstrate the power of PIXERA and catch up with industry friends and old new.

This June, the Sibiu International Theatre Festival, hailed as “Romania’s Miracle.”  was put on by The National Theatre Radu Stanca Sibiu, featuring indoor and outdoor theatre, music and dance, as well as street acts, drew more than 100,000 international visitors. Adding to the magic of the 2024 edition of the festival, which was built around the theme of “friendship,”  was a massive collection of over 250 CHAUVET Professional fixtures supplied and installed by Andrei Popea (“MAC”) and his team at Backstage Production Group.

CHAUVET Professional Color STRIKE M Supercharges I Prevail, Halestorm Co-Headline Tour

The I Prevail-Halestorm co-headline 24-city summer tour wowed fans with a dynamic design by Chris Denholm that featured 40 CHAUVET Professional Color STRIKE M motorized strobe-washes from PGP. Denholm worked with Mathias “Mathes” Kuhn, who designed the Halestorm floor package and co-programed their show with Rodger Pugh. Other collaborators included Anthony Tran, who did most of the video edits; and Jeff Maker, the LD for I Prevail.
