The international singing talent competition was noted for its strong, masculine look this year — without forgoing the gold, glitter and glamour for which it’s known — and a cube-shaped central stage. COLOMBO, Sri Lanka —MOS Sound & Light recently provided full production services for a major concert by Greek composer/keyboardist Yanni. The lighting plot from LD Bud Horowitz called for a different brand of lighting fixture, but since those fixtures were not available for the show, MOS provided both the Spot and Wash versions of PR Lighting’s XL 1200 fixture. They proved to be an acceptable substitute.
