The March 17-18 event took place at Sun Life Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL. Equipment choice was influenced by a few factors. Rancho Cordova, CA – DWP Live and LMG, Inc. selected Barco’s FLM H20 large venue projectors to create a dynamic visual showcase highlighting Madonna’s performance for the Super Bowl halftime show. The show turned the stage and a 149 x 80 ft. field projection area into a showcase of surreal video imagery. The large-scale projection mapping used 32 Barco FLM HD20 projectors, rigged into eight pods of four projectors each, to cover the 11,000-sq. ft. surface area.
