Gemini Open House Featured Parasol KLR System

DALLAS – Gemini LSV (Light Sound Video) held an open house Nov. 16-17 to demonstrate the Parasol KLR-10 (Kinetic Light Ring) system. Gemini became the first company to purchase this system, which enables a designer to move the source point of a number of automated lighting fixtures along a pre-defined path. Alcorn McBride Debuts Two New Products at IAAPA

Osram Acquires Remaining Traxon Shares

HONG KONG – Osram acquired the remaining shares of Traxon Technologies. In 2009, Osram obtained a majority holding of 51 percent in Traxon, which has since been operating as a joint venture under the name of “Traxon Technologies – An Osram Company.” Through this acquisition, Osram has been expanding its offerings of professional LED and lighting solutions.
