W-DMX could be found at a plethora of OEM partners displaying products offering W-DMX as either standard or option. One of the newest OEM partners displaying W-DMX enabled products was VARI*LITE, which offers optional W-DMX on the VL440, VL770, VL880, VL400 and the VLX3. The fixtures offer incredible lighting options with flexibility and "green" options in these new wireless products.

Three Winning Horses for Al Laith at Dubai World Cup

DUBAI, UAE – Al Laith Event Services constructed three massive mobile scenic horses' heads, which were an integral part of the closing parade of the 2011 Dubai World Cup horseracing event at Meydan Racecourse, Dubai. Working for the show's producers and designers M-IS, Al Laith was commissioned to engineer and develop the superstructures and movement systems for the 3 heads. Each measured 20 metres high, 19 metres long and were 3 metres wide.

“Austria’s Next Topmodel” Relies on coolux Pandoras Box for Visual Support

VIENNA – The final show for the third season of Austria's version of the Next Topmodel TV show, produced at the Millenium Event Center in Vienna, made use of coolux Pandoras Box technology and Panasonic projectors. Four fashion model finalists were judged during the show, with a variety of accompanying visual content projected onto the studio set pieces. Six Pandoras Box Server PRO and one Pandoras Box Player PRO used for edge-blending, with a Compulite Vector used for lighting control.
