The Minneapolis Armory Reopens with Horizon EDM Tour, Chauvet Lighting and Video

MINNEAPOLIS, MN – For the second-to-last stop on the Horizon tour, featuring EDM acts Kill The Noise, Tritonal and Seven Lions, LD Daniel Thibault of Life Is Art Studios used Chauvet Professional Rogue fixtures and PVP S5 video panels supplied by Antic Studio to light the recently-refurbished 8,400-capacity Armory in Minneapolis. The tour, which launched in late October at the Brooklyn Hangar in New York, finished up the next night at Chicago’s Aragon Ballroom.

Syracuse Stage’s “The Wizard of Oz” Brightens with Elation’s Artiste DaVinci Fixtures

SYRACUSE, NY – LD Herrick Goldman used Elation Professional’s Artiste DaVinci LED moving head spot for color and visual effects on a Syracuse Stage production of “The Wizard of Oz.” Goldman credited the fixture as a flexible workhorse that performed a number of duties throughout the show. “The DaVinci took so much of the workload, I could have saved the time and energy of hanging 25 percent of the light plot,” he said.
