Now you can turn power on and off for remotely located equipment that consumes power even while not in use. This is ideal for controlling power to lighting fixtures, powered loudspeakers, projectors, video displays, etc. ROK1 switches are used for single-phase 120 VAC; ROK2 is used for switching single-phase 240 VAC or two legs of 208 VAC three-phase.
