Christie Projection Mapping Technology Animates Chihuly Sculptures for Barneys New York Holiday Window Display

NEW YORK – Christie once again partnered with Barneys New York to create a the holiday window displays on Madison Avenue in midtown Manhattan. Christie’s digital lighting effects were mapped to a Dale Chihuly glass sculpture entitled “Winter Brilliance” and the choreographed projection of light creates the illusion of ice, snow, and moonlight, adding a fluid and kinetic quality to the sculpture.

Recently, the FC Edmonton soccer club unveiled the largest mobile video display trailer in North America, dubbed TITAN. Mounted on a 53-foot trailer, the state-of-the-art LED screen, supplied by Daktronics (NASDAQ: DAKT), measures 39 feet wide by 22 feet high.
