Read More »DETROIT – Acolyte’s Neonlyte 4.4 watt RGB was used to wrap the United Way flame on top of the torch that stands almost 60 feet above Hart Plaza in downtown Detroit. For the first time, the torch was lit without gas. Instead, it was lit with LED lights.

BRISTOL, U.K. – For Arcadia’s Metamorphosis, Colour Sound Experiment lit the 12-meter-high three-legged spider built out of industrial scrap metal. Some upgrades to the lighting kit were made since the last Arcadia spider performance at Glastonbury this year, including new SGM XC-5 LED strobe units and adding lighting fixtures to six PA towers erected for the surround sound system in Queen Square.

Prominent smoke is also in tune with the ‘horror prom’ theme of the current live show.

ST. LOUIS, MO – The summer of festivals continued for Bandit Lites with LouFest, St. Louis’ two day music festival. Bandit Lites worked with design firm 3SRcreative to provide the festival lighting for all four stages including the main stage which consisted of a Tyler Truss rig containing VL 3000 Spots, VL 3500 Spots, VL 3500 Washes, Martin Atomic 3000 Strobes, Thomas 8 Lite Moles and Clay Paky Sharpys in groups of four.
