LumenRadio also noted that, as part of the settlement agreement, LumenRadio AB has obtained a license from City Theatrical, Inc. to U.S. Patent No. 7,432,803 (the “803” patent) and all patents in the 803 patent family that covers all LumenRadio wireless lighting control products that have been sold in the past and that are currently being sold, including those sold to LumenRadio’s OEM customers.
