Read More »SOCHI, Russia — Several venues to be used Feb. 7-23 for the 2014 Winter Olympics have been equipped with hoists made by Chainmaster. Among the largest: the Bolshoy Ice Dome (pictured here) and the Iceberg Skating Palace, each of which can accommodate 12,000 spectators. Chainmaster, based in Eilenburg, Germany, has been active in Russia and its neighboring countries since 1998. The company opened its Chainmaster Consulting Office Russia in 2004.
