Eos Titanium (Ti) Console Debuts

ETC’s Eos Titanium (Ti) control desk [pronounced “tee-EYE”] is the latest in the company’s Eos family of lighting control systems. Incorporating hardware adapted from the company’s Gio console, including multitouch displays, backlit keys and an anodized finish, Ti takes the place of ETC’s flagship Eos desk at the head of the company’s product line. Ti also features a larger multitouch encoder display and dedicated pan and tilt encoders along with four pageable encoders, which promise to make designing and programming even easier. ETC has also introduced two new accessories: the RPU3 (Eos Remote Processor Unit 3) and Net3 RVI3 (Remote Video Interface 3), along with new Eos v2.0 software.

Eastern Arizona College Future-Proofs with ETC

THATCHER, AZ – The Lee Theater, part of the Gherald L. Hoopes Jr. Activities Center, recently upgraded its lighting system with more ETC LED lighting and controls.  Rick Woods, EAC’s activities center manager and technician, says ETC has come to its rescue since the 1990s with new products providing power savings, lower temperatures, flexible features and affordability.

AARHUS, Denmark – Martin Professional’s new VC-Strip family of narrow LED video strips are designed to integrate into stage and set designs, and interiors such as bars, ceilings and walls. Fully compatible with Martin’s VC-Grid LED video module, they can be used together for more creative LED video designs. The flexible video strips feature a pixel pitch of 25 mm and are available in lengths up to 400 mm. They can even be cut to required length on-site.

Tomcat USA Moves into New Manufacturing Facility

KNOXVILLE, TN – Tomcat USA has moved into its new manufacturing facility and U.S. headquarters in Knoxville, TN. The new 50,000-plus square-foot facility at 5427 North National Drive will house manufacturing operations as well as design, sales and administrative staff. Tennessee’s Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Bill Hagerty along with Knox County officials lauded the move, which represents an investment of $2 million and the creation of 50 jobs.
