It is a high-CRI, LED Profile Spot with 16,000-lumen output, a variable CCT range (2800k-6500k), adjustable focus from hard to soft edge, changeable lenses for beam angles from 14º to 70º, and a flat field. Jeff Ravitz Designs Lighting for Duran Duran Live Webcast

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA – Jeff Ravitz and Intensity Advisors provided the lighting design for their fourth installment in the American Express series, "Unstaged," featuring Duran Duran. The band performed songs from their new album, All You Need is Now, for a live webcast March 23 from the Mayan Theater in downtown Los Angeles. The show was directed by David Lynch of Blue Velvet, Dune, Mulholland Drive and Twin Peaks fame.

USITT Rolls Out Secondary School Rigging Safety Initiative

NEW YORK – A program to provide free or reduced cost rigging inspections for secondary schools has been initiated by USITT, the United States Institute for Theatre Technology. The program will kick off April 1 when applications will be available online. It was announced by USITT President Joe Aldridge at the organization's 51st Annual Conference & Stage Expo in Charlotte, NC.
