LOS ANGELES – LD Brian Gale may officially “retired” after 24 years as a full-time designer with the Walt Disney Company, but he is currently engaged as a consultant on six Disney projects, including Tokyo and Shanghai. ETC noted that he’s still making good use of the company’s products at the Los Angeles Theatre on Broadway and Sixth Street in downtown Los Angeles, a historic venue recently used for both the camp musical Carrie – The Killer Musical Experience and an episode of the TV show, Scandal.

AUSTIN, TX – For the 14th annual Austin City Limits Music Festival, which drew 450,000 with 140 artists over two weekends – Oct. 2-4 and 9-11 – Bandit Lites provided the festival lighting system. Featured acts included Drake, The Foo Fighters, The Weeknd, The Strokes and Of Monsters and Men, among others.
