Taiwan’s Novel Hall Selects ETC Lighting Systems

TAIPEI, Taiwan – Just blocks from Taipei 101 (the tallest office building in the world), in Taiwan’s most cosmopolitan district, Xinyi, is the newly renovated Novel Hall for Performing Arts. The venue recently reopened Sept. 23 after a renovation that included upgraded stage lighting control by ETC (Electronic Theatre Controls) in the form of an ETC Element console, as well as ETC Sensor+ dimming and power control.

TRENTON, NJ – Starlite Productions, in coordination with design consultants Schuler Shook and electrical contractors A.C. Scott, upgraded the theatrical lighting and rigging for The Lawrenceville School located just north of Trenton, NJ. The new power and control systems installed are an example of the hybrid systems that are becoming more prevalent in today’s production lighting.  The theater staff still relies heavily on traditional dimming, but is now also able to bring LEDs, moving lights, and other effects units seamlessly into their productions.
