Michael T. Strickland Honored by Academy of Country Music

NASHVILLE, TN – Bandit Lites founder and chair Michael T. Strickland recently received the Academy of Country Music’s annual Gene Weed Milestone Award. Presented at a ceremony staged at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium on Aug. 25, the award is bestowed on a country music artist, duo/group, or industry leader. Strickland was voted as the winner by members of the ACM in a rare unanimous vote.
