FRANKFURT, Germany – Czech lighting manufacturer Robe announced plans for an array of new fixtures, including their Spiider fixtures, pictured here, at booth D80 in Hall 3 of the Frankfurt Messe for Prolight +Sound 2017. The company will also invite hundreds of guests to enjoy a live entertainment show with a unique stand design featuring a lightshow every hour and a ‘Voice of God’ product presentation at other times. The innovative staging featured live motion capture, which allowed Ariel to shape-shift and become characters such as a sea nymph and harpy, all in realtime.

BOSTON, – In mid-March, 50 lighting industry professionals pulled on their boots and rode their horses over mounds of plowed snow to Boston to see the first ever Ellipsoidal Leko Shootout produced by USITT and hosted by High Output. Seven companies brought a total of 21 fixtures each hoping to best their competitors. High Output was happy to show off their new satellite shop and sound stage in Boston.
