PCE Launches Scenic Studios

HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA – Pacific Coast Entertainment has moved to a new 30,000 sq. ft. headquarters in Huntington Beach with the official launch of PCE Scenic Studios, a full-service scenic design and set construction facility.  The expansion will allow PCE to hire more warehouse and administrative staff, and add more AV, lighting and staging inventory.

SAO PAULO, Brazil – Robe moving lights were featured on the two main stages of the 2013 Brazilian Lollapalooza Festival at São Paulo’s Jockey Club. The principal lighting contractor was São Paulo-based LPL Professional Lighting. Artists rocking the main stages stages included The Flaming Lips, Deadmau5, The Killers, Franz Ferdinand, Queens of the Stone Age, Kaiser Chiefs, Pearl Jam and more.

Pete’s Big TVs Supplies Rock Hall of Fame Ceremonies

LOS ANGELES – Video equipment rental company Pete’s Big TVs supplied the high resolution LED video panels and a video tech crew for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremonies, held April 18 in Los Angeles. The set, designed by Bruce Rodgers, featured a video wall of 387 digiLED MC7 LED video panels, which spanned the stage at 65 feet wide and 15 feet tall. The event airs on HBO in May.

He was 64.
