CASTEL GOFFREDO, Italy – Coemar S.p.A. announced a new majority shareholder: Salvatore Grillo, 37, who was also named Sole Administrator of the company. Mezzanine Management UK Ltd (now MML Capital Partners), the private equity fund that acquired Coemar 10 years ago, remains as a minority shareholder. Grillo promised a new era for the company as it returns to Italian ownership. “Coemar really wants to be young at the age of 80!” Grillo said.

LONDON – Presentation Rentals Ltd. (PR) supplied external building projection and lighting for a press launch of the newest software game, Batman: Arkham City. Two party areas within the Freemason’s Hall in London’s Covent Garden were powered from the nearby Irish bar, saving one generator. The challenge was lining up the projectors in the 15 minutes between dusk and the event going live.
