Load Cell Rental Turns to Broadweigh for Ultra Music Festival

100 Broadweigh wireless load cells took to the main stage at the Miami Ultra Festival this year where the likes of David Guetta, Eric Prydz and Calvin Harris performed. The event, located in the Bayfront Park, Downtown Miami was produced and designed by Technical Arts Group (TAG). The CHAUVET Professional Color STRIKE M made over 100,000 pairs of eyeballs dance at Glastonbury this year. Playing a role for Saturday night headliners Coldplay, the motorized strobe-wash was used to create a seemingly endless flow of brilliant looks that captivated what was one of the largest crowds in the festival’s history. Supplied by Upstaging, the high-output IP65 rated fixtures were positioned throughout the rig by LD Shaheem Litchmore.

Television Lighting Designer Bill Klages died on Sunday, July 7, 2024. He was 97 years old. He was a pioneer in television lighting working from the late 1940s through the 2000s. Winning 7 Emmy Awards, his credits included the 1984 Atlanta Olympic Games, The Grammy Awards, The Tony Awards, The Republican National Conventions, The Los Angeles Olympics Closing Ceremonies, The Statue of Liberty Celebration, The Country Music Awards, The Emmy Awards, The Kennedy Center Honors, the inaugural galas for Presidents John F.
