FRANCE – During the last German International Green Week in Berlin, the German company BayWa that specializes in agriculture, building materials, and energy sectors, gathered 3,000 people together for a reception on the theme of agriculture. For the production of the AV part, BayWa contracted audio+frames, a German company that provides AV services for events.
LONDON – Lighting controls expert, Artistic Licence, has upgraded its premium DMX splitters to superhero status, by endowing them with special powers to withstand mains electrocution. DMX splitters are a common component in lighting installations, allowing cable distances and fixture counts to be increased without signal degradation. However, with the increasing popularity of DMX as a means to control fixtures in a variety of commercial sectors, installation damage is becoming more frequent. This is largely as a result of accidental connection to mains voltages, caused by contractors unfamiliar with entertainment lighting industry protocols.
BIRMINGHAM, UK. – An audacious, eye-popping lighting design by Nathan Wan featured nearly 300 Robe moving lights to provide the power, punch and luminosity needed to match the roaring engines, burning rubber and screeching brakes of the races and performance car action! Nathan has lit the show for the past few years working with technical consultants and equipment suppliers Network Productions.
