JR Clancy is Lead Sponsor of NATEAC 2012

SYRACUSE, NY — It’s not too early to plan for next year’s conferences. J. R. Clancy, Inc. has done just that, once again becoming a lead sponsor of the 2012 North American Theatre, Engineering and Architecture Conference (NATEAC) set for July 22-23 in New York City. NATEAC, directed by Bill Sapsis, promotes communication between the architects, engineers, consultants and manufacturers responsible for designing and building new theatres and renovating existing facilities. ROTTERDAM, The Netherlands – The Rotterdamse Schouwburg’s stock of aging profiles were recently replaced with Robert Juliat zoom profiles with the purchase of 34 RJ 614SX 16°-35° fixtures from Netherlands distributor LightCo. Other theatres in Amsterdam and in Weert have also increased their inventory of Robert Juliat fixtures as well.

Christie MicroTiles Draw Visitors to Church History Museum

CYPRESS, CA – Christie MicroTiles are the first thing visitors see when going into the Church History Museum in downtown Salt Lake City, UT. SERIATE, Italy — Clay Paky announced the death of Enrico Caironi, who joined the company in 1995 and served as commercial director before retiring. “His passion for the job never once abandoned him. LD Jason Bullock Lights the Way for Korn’s “Path of Totality”

Jason Bullock, lighting and video designer for American metal band Korn, used a Martin lighting and video setup on the band’s Path of Totality tour that ran through November. The touring rig included 24 Martin MAC Aura wash lights and eight MAC III Profiles, which were operated in synch with Martin EC-20 and LC Series video panels. Upstaging Inc. was the gear provider.
