PARIS – The Kooks have been touring on both sides of the Atlantic this year in support of their most recent album, Let’s Go Sunshine. NEW YORK – The Governors Ball music festival on Randall’s Island and Hot 97 Summer Jam at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey were both affected by severe weather that moved into the area on June 2. Attendees at Hot 97 were able to return to their seats after a delay, but the Governors Ball event was cut short with an ordered evacuation. Governors Ball organizers also noted that refunds would be issued to those purchasing tickets for the day affected, and partial refunds would be available for three-day pass purchasers.
